The organizing committee of the KJ-Ceramics 31 has secured hotel rooms at the specially reduced seminar rates for participants in the vicinity of the seminar venue. Reservations should be made through the official website on the preferential basis, but you also can submit the reservation form to the secretariat by e-mail if you aren’t able to access to on-line reservation page.
Please note that the reduced seminar rates are valid when you reserve by November 14, 2014. Depending on the availability, rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. To secure the room, a deposit for one night or credit card information will be required upon reservation. (Room charges will be paid all when you check out your room.

Deadline for hotel reservation at reduced rates is October 31, 2014. Any requests received after the deadline, the secretariat will not be able to guarantee room availability. If you cancel your hotel reservation after November 14, 2014, please note that cancellation fee will be charged from your credit card.

To secure room reservation, all reservation must be guaranteed by deposit of one night payment, so credit card information must be given in advance. All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out. Any cancellation or modification in accommodation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by November 14, 2014
